Dow Jones - Hammer Bottom Formation

Dow Jones - BUY SIGNAL

Since Mid-November, the Dow Jones has been trading sideways between around 10250 and 10500. Within this trend, the Dow Jones has given us a BUY SIGNAL today with Hammer Bottom formation. For now the Dow Jones looks to go back towards 10500, and until it breaks above 10500 or below 10250, the Dow Jones may continue to trend sideways within this trend. A sharp move over 10500 would give us another BUY SIGNAL, while a sharp move below 10250 could send the Dow Jones back towards 10000 around its 50 day MA. A move below the 50 day MA would trigger a STRONG SELL SIGNAL. Right now, as long as the trend remains sideways the way should approach your long positions is to taking positions around 10250 after a bounce back up and exit your positions after bounces back down from 10500; this is assuming this trend continues.
